Our orders are processed within 1-2 Business days. During seasonal times and sales, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Within Australia

We ship from our warehouse/offices in South Australia.
Please keep in mind that once parcels are picked up from our location by Australia Post, we no longer have control over their delivery times. Australia Post has discontinued their guarantee for next-day delivery of Express Post parcels.

Express: 1-4 Business days

Standard: Free

New Zealand 

Standard delivery: 6-14 Business days.

All applicable import tariffs and duties are paid for by CLASH Beauty and included in the total price at checkout. No additional customs or tariff payments will be required upon delivery.

We do not currently offer Express shipping options internationally but are looking to change that in the near future.

Shipping times and pricing are calculated at checkout dynamically. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are currently unable to ship to: Israel, Kenya, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Syria, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Sudan.

TAXES, INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TARRIFS

Please note that when shipping internationally, packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility. (Excluding US Orders)
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. CLASH Beauty is not liable for these additional charges. Buyers must familiarize themselves with their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized or returned due to customs issues, CLASH Beauty will not provide refunds for the product or shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for covering shipping costs for a second delivery attempt if the product is returned to CLASH Beauty.
