Refund Policy
We take the hygiene and safety of our customers seriously and therefore do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. 

If you have received a faulty product or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@clashbeauty.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our customer service team will assess the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include a refund. 


Order Cancellation or changes
Once an order is placed it cannot be refunded. If you are wanting to amend the order or have put the incorrect details please use the 15 minute Edit Order portal at the Order Confirmation Page or via the Customer Accounts Page where you can change your order/details.
If you have run out of time to do any changes yourself, please get in contact as soon as possible at hello@clashbeauty.com.au. Please note that once the order is processed and shipped it cannot be amended.
